Description: | Malteser International (MI) works in both South Sudan and Uganda since 1996 in humanitarian, transitional and development assistance with special focus on health, WASH and Food & Nutrition Security.
Since the beginning of the new civil war in South Sudan in 2013, more than two million people left their country, more than one million live in Uganda.
Since 2014 MI carries out cross-border emergency relief projects to support internal displaced people (IDP) and refugees. After three years of operation an interim evaluation shall be carried out in South Sudan and Uganda to draw conclusions for future activities.
The evaluation shall be carried out in dependendance on, SPHERE and CHS (Core Humanitarian Standards).
